Our Balanced Scorecard survey exists primarily to help us do our work better: 2GC takes the findings each year and uses the new insights we gain to improve our understanding and use of the framework with our clients.
Why conduct a survey?
The Balanced Scorecard is one of the world’s top-ten management frameworks and has been the number one framework for Performance Management since its introduction in the early 1990s. But despite this popularity, little is known about which organisations use Balanced Scorecard, what they use it for, and how useful it is in practice. The better we understand what people use Balanced Scorecard for, the better we can make the tool itself, and the methods we use to create and maintain them.
